USE & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Never heat an empty pan for more than 1-2 minutes; follow this by frying/sauteing at a medium setting. That way, nothing gets burnt and you save energy.
- Never let the pan overheat (above 260“C), as this will damage the non-stick surface. If the pan overheats and starts smoking, ventilate the area well. The smoke can be hazardous to your respiratory system.
- Avoid using utensils with hard or sharp edges in the pan. To avoid scratching a ceramic or glass-topped hob, do not slide the pan about.
- Cleaning: after cooking, wash the pan in water using washing-up liquid and a brush or sponge.
Tip: Dry the pan well to prevent the formation of lime-scale or water marks. Any such marks Can easily be removed using a few drops of vinegar or lemon juice.
Never use a sharp-edged utensil to remove burnt-on food; instead, soak the pan in water.
